We deliver products to any country.
ON DOWNLOADS
There is no refund on downloads. Please read carefully the item you are interested before purchasing, as we cannot refund the money after you have downloaded. When you download something and you loose it send us an e-mail and we will send the download to you by e-mail. When you purchase a pdf tarot book, you will receive it in your e-mail, which can take from 5 minutes up to 2 hours if it's night time in Australia as all the downloads are sent to you by hand for security reasons.
ON CD'S
There is no refund on CD's, however if it is damaged when you receive it and you let us know within 5 days after you have purchased it, the CD will be replaced if you've payed insurance and only after you have sent the damaged CD back.
ON TAROT CARDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your tarot cards, you can send it back and your money will be refunded minus shipping and insurance price.
How long does the shipment takes?
The usual delivery time outside Australia is 7-10 working days and 3-5 working days within Australia. If you didn't receive the item within this period of time, it's a good idea to ask your local post office. It might be there waiting for you to pick it up as your address might not be right if you gave us the wrong address. So please provide us with the most current address.

The important thing to you, as a buyer, is that you will not lose any money if the shipping company fails to deliver your package, or damages your item because of poor handling by the shipper. When you purchase insurance, you receive:
